We want you to feel  totally comfortable & confident when purchasing La Kaiser jewelry, knowing that we truly care about our customers and we stand behind the products we sell.

We are proud that we are able to offer a lifetime guarantee on our La Kaiser jewelry pieces. We will repair or re-plate your jewels (free of charge) for life. 

HOW IT WORKS?

1. Email info@lakaiser.com with your order number (please note that pieces purchased prior to this new policy dated June 1st 2024 are not covered).

2. Ship your damaged piece back to us 

3. Please allow 2-3 weeks once we receive the damaged piece for the repair/re-plating to be completed. 

4. We will ship the repaired piece back to you.

*Customer is responsible for the shipping fees of sending the damaged item back to us and La Kaiser is responsible for the shipping fees of returning the damaged item back to customer.
