Orders placed Sunday-Thursday typically ship within 24 hours as long as the item you ordered is in stock. Orders placed after 2 pm CST will ship on the next business day. Orders placed after 12 pm CST on Friday will ship on the following Monday. During high volume shipping periods and holidays, please allow up to 3 business days for processing prior to shipping. Please note that USPS tracking does not update for approximately 24 hours normally, and 48 hours during high volume shipping times.

Of course! All international orders will be shipped via your choice of carrier and the price will be calculated upon checkout. Please allow 10-20 business days for your shipment to arrive if you have selected USPS First Class International. As all orders are shipped from the US, La Kaiser is NOT responsible for any duties, VAT or customs fee that may be required when entering your country's border. Please note that additional time and communication with your country's customs office on your part may be required.

We occasionally see that a package will be scanned as “delivered” by USPS before it has actually reached its destination address. This is common during holidays and high volume shipping times. We recommend allowing 1-2 business days to account for USPS delays. Also, be sure to check with your neighbors and other nearby areas before reaching out. If you still haven't received your package within 10 business days after it is marked delivered, please reach out to We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages through mail carriers.

Yes!! Everything at La Kaiser is hand-crafted and designed entirely by us, therefore we are able to fulfill any design requirements that you may have! We can do pretty much anything including engagement rings, custom bridal party pieces, custom engagement pendants... you name it! Please email to find out more about getting a custom piece made up and let's get something gorgeous created especially for you. Please note that we have a starting minimum of $500 for custom orders in 2022. Most custom design pieces fall in the $1500- $3000 price range depending on stones & complexity.

At La Kaiser, we strive to make sure every customer is fully satisfied with their purchase and experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it with 10 days of receiving it (as determined by the tracking delivery date) for a refund or store credit. We do not, under any circumstances, refund shipping fees. In order to initiate the return process, you must email within 10 days of receiving your items. Please include your order number as well as reason for return.All returned items must appear new and unworn, in their original condition, and carefully and securely wrapped in their original packaging. If you do not follow this process, your refund may be refused or delayed. You will be responsible for shipping costs when returning items. La Kaiser is NOT responsible for any items that are lost, stolen, or damaged during return shipping and we cannot refund items that are lost or stolen. Please provide us with a return tracking number via email in order to avoid issues such as this. *We do not accept any returns for pieces that have been customized* Custom items are final sale— this includes items made in different metals, stone changes/alterations, and totally unique custom pieces. Of course, if you are not completely satisfied with your custom piece, we will gladly alter or change the piece to the best of our ability to ensure that you love it!

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT OFFER PRICE ADJUSTMENTS  - meaning that we can not apply a special sale coupon to a prior purchase that was not purchased within the dates and times of that specific sale/promotion (e.g. Black Friday/Cyber Monday coupon codes are not applicable to any previous purchases made before those dates).

All sale items are final sale. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your sale item, you may exchange it for another item or receive store credit.

Before printing, please check settings and make sure the page scale is set to “None” on your printer dialogue box. You may access the print dialogue box by pressing CTRL +P.

We offer resizing for our solid 14kt gold rings ONLY. Resizing entails a $25 resizing fee per ring. Please leave a note in the comments section at online checkout specifying your desired ring size. Once we have received your order, we will email you an invoice for the resizing fee. The ring will not be resized until all fees are paid in full. Resizing typically takes up to 5-7 days after payment. We do not offer half/custom sizes on any 18kt gold vermeil rings.

We can make any of our regular priced 14kt solid gold rings/pendants or earrings in white gold or rose gold for a $25 metal change fee. Please allow 4-6 weeks for orders to ship, as it takes time to create a new ring just for you! We do not offer any alterations to our vermeil pieces. 

You may have an allergy to the metal in the ring that caused some form of reaction. You can apply clear nail polish to the inside of the ring to avoid this. Metal alloys reacts differently with everyone's skin, so it can be difficult to predict! We do not sell any products that contain purely copper or brass!

Our 18kt gold vermeil pieces come with a 3 month warranty— within this time period, if your item loses a stone or becomes damaged by reasons other than user error, we will offer one complimentary replacement so long as the item is in stock.After this time period, we are not responsible for wear and tear that occurs to the piece. You will also be responsible for shipping fees. Our 14kt solid gold pieces are covered by a 1 year warranty and free repairs within this warranty period. If the item is out of warranty, the customer is responsible for any and all shipping and repair charges. These charges largely depend on the type of damage that occurs. Please reach out to with your order number and a photo of the damaged item to receive a quote for the repair.

We have an appointment only showroom in Jeweler’s Row. For appointment requests, please reach out to note that appointments are 30 minute time slots. In order to maximize our time together, please provide a list of items you’d like to try on via email. You’re more than welcome to try on anything on display in the showroom, but we like to have good idea of what you’re looking for in order to help you the best we can:)

Our gold vermeil rings are plated with 3 microns of 18kt yellow gold, making them very durable. In general, our gold vermeil rings should last a couple seasons with proper care. Please refer to our care instructions for more information on how to maximize the longevity of your gold vermeil pieces. If you like to wear your jewelry 24/7 and have more of an active lifestyle, we recommend you opt for a solid 14kt gold piece instead :)
