What is your RETURN/REFUND POLICY at LA KAISER?

At LA KAISER, we want our customers to honestly LOVE our products. We take customer service very seriously and strive to make sure each customer is fully satisfied with their purchase and purchasing experience. If you are not satisfied with your product(s), you may return it/them within a 10 day period of receiving it/them (as determined by the confirmed delivery date), to receive a full refund or store credit- less the shipping cost. To return an item you must email info@lakaiser.com for a return authorization number and explain your reason for return. All return items must appear new and unused, in their original condition and carefully and securely wrapped in their original packaging. If you do not return the product following this process, your online credit or refund may be refused or delayed. We can NOT accept any returns on pieces that have been CUSTOMIZED. Customized and custom pieces are final sale, however if you are not completely satisfied with your custom piece we can of course alter or change the piece to the best of our ability to create something that you LOVE!

How do I know which ring size to order online?

LA KAISER uses the NUMERICAL/AMERICAN ring sizing system, which is different to the UK, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand alphabetical ring sizing system. Use the international ring sizing chart below to easily convert between sizes.
If you donʼt know your ring size and want to measure the diameter of a current ring that you wear in order to figure out the ring size, please use these instructions below:

MEASURE YOUR CURRENT RING
*Select a ring that properly fits the finger of which you intend to know the ring size.
*Using a ruler, measure the inside diameter of the ring, directly across from one side to the other in the middle of the ring band (as seen in the diagram).
*Once you have a measurement in mm, use the chart as reference to confirm your ring size.
*If the ring size in mm falls between two sizes - pick the larger ring size.

*** To make sure you have your size 100% accurate, there is no substitute for having your finger properly sized at a jeweler.

How do I know which CHAIN LENGTH is right for me?

In general:

16ʼʼ is at collar bone level

18ʼʼ is just above the cleavage

26ʼʼ is
 just in-between the cleavage level

34ʼʼ is below the breast level

We have got a visual photograph for you with all the different chain lengths listed on the side which makes it a lot easier to figure out which chain length is right for you!
